We have really enjoyed our first 3 outings in our new 2019 Reflection 337RLS that we purchased from Blue Dog in Post Falls.

Seeing double - Spokane RV Resort

Our first weekend trip was to the Spokane RV Resort in Deer Park.  In the past we had enjoyed weekend getaways there.  This time wasn’t so great.  Of course, things aren’t so pretty in March when the snow is melting and we have mud and yuck.  The only big issue we found with the camper was that the shower door was missing some silicone and it leaked on the floor.  We experienced this in our last camper as well.  It’s an easy fix and we were back up and running for the next trip.

Bulleit-1

Our next trip was to the Barker Road KOA.  10 miles from our house.  It was nice since we had several errands to do in the area.  It’s a pretty nice park, and we enjoyed our time.  The only issue was that the spaces are close to each other.  As RV’s get bigger and bigger parks are not expanding.  Just like trying to get a new Ram truck into most parking spaces at old stores.  It takes some work.  We did enjoy another successful trip.

The next trip was to our family’s home.  It was missing the full hook up’s, but, we were able to run off of 15 amps just fine.

We are still in the dilemma of a generator.   It was not an issue when we had the toy hauler, it came with one.  But now we can’t decide what we should.  One big one, two little ones…

Laura and her husband Ryan moved to North Idaho in 2006 to be closer to his parents. The idea of fishing for bigger fish year around was also nice. They now have a kitty, Bulleit (named after the Rye Whisky they love in Manhattans), he was rescued from the Kootenai Humane Society. Bulleit loves to travel, so they bought a 5th wheel and spent the last 2 summers traveling the western part of the US. Recently, Laura started working at Blue Dog RV as a deal booker. They have learned a lot about camping and traveling with a furry friend.
